By booking a session through this platform or using any resources or links provided, you agree to the following terms and policies:

✅ 1. Payments & Bookings
All online 1:1 sessions must be paid afer scheduling to confirm your spot.
Unpaid bookings may be cancelled or released to other students if payment is not received..
Payment is made via the secure link provided during the booking process.

✅ 2. Student Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 12 hours in advance without penalty.

✅ 3. Student No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled session and fail to provide prior notice, the session will be marked as completed, and no refund will be issued.

✅ 4. Tutor No-Show Policy
If the tutor fails to attend a confirmed session without notice, you are entitled to:

• A full refund, or
  
  

• A free reschedule of the session
  If the session is missed due to technical issues on the tutor’s side, a reschedule will be offered at no additional cost.
  
  

✅ 5. Technology Requirements
All sessions are held via Zoom.
You are responsible for having:

• A stable internet connection
  
  

• A working microphone
  
  

• A webcam
  Failure to meet these requirements may impact the quality of your session.

Sessions may be recorded with your prior consent for feedback and review purposes only.
Recordings will not be shared publicly or used for marketing without your explicit written permission.

✅ 7. Results Disclaimer
These 1-on-1 IELTS speaking sessions are designed to help improve your speaking skills.
However, no specific IELTS band score is guaranteed, as final results depend on your individual effort, learning pace, and exam conditions.

✅ 8. Respectful Conduct
All students are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner during sessions.
Any abusive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate termination of services without a refund.
